Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment Policy • Effective September 15, 2026

Service standard: Ivadell Shipping Inc. coordinates cargo movement, documentation, tracking, and release using the route, service level, and destination shown on the customer’s quote, booking, invoice, tariff, or bill of lading. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

1. Booking and confirmation

A quote or payment alone does not guarantee acceptance of cargo or space on a specific sailing. A booking is confirmed after required information and documents are received, cargo is eligible for the route, and Ivadell Shipping Inc. or the applicable carrier confirms acceptance.

2. Cargo preparation and documents

Customers must provide accurate cargo descriptions, quantities, dimensions, weights, values, invoices, ownership documents, contact details, and permits where required. Cargo must be safely packaged and labeled. Missing, inaccurate, or late documents may delay acceptance, customs processing, release, or delivery.

3. Acceptance and restricted items

Ivadell Shipping Inc. may inspect, measure, weigh, photograph, or refuse cargo where reasonably necessary for safety, pricing, customs, carrier, port, sanctions, or legal compliance. Prohibited cargo and items requiring advance approval are described in the applicable tariff, booking instructions, or Terms and Conditions.

4. Sailing and delivery estimates

Published schedules and estimated arrival or delivery dates are planning estimates. They may change because of weather, sea conditions, port congestion, customs or government review, inspections, carrier capacity, mechanical issues, route changes, documentation problems, or other events outside reasonable control. Customers should not make time-critical commitments unless a written guaranteed service has been purchased.

5. Tracking and notifications

Where tracking is available, updates reflect the latest operational information received. A missing or delayed scan does not necessarily mean cargo has stopped moving. Customers should retain their booking, cargo, invoice, or bill of lading reference and keep contact information current.

6. Customs, duties, and release

Cargo release may depend on customs clearance, inspection, identity verification, original documents, and payment of freight, duties, taxes, port charges, storage, demurrage, delivery, or other applicable amounts. Government and third-party processing times are outside Ivadell Shipping Inc.’s control.

7. Pickup, delivery, and storage

Customers must collect cargo or arrange delivery within the stated free-time or notice period. Storage, demurrage, detention, redelivery, return, disposal, or other charges may apply when cargo is not collected, delivery cannot be completed, or required documents and payments are outstanding.

8. Lost or damaged cargo

Inspect cargo promptly at pickup or delivery. Report visible loss or damage before leaving the release location where practical, and provide the booking or bill of lading number, photographs, receipts, invoices, and other supporting records. Claim rights and deadlines may be governed by the bill of lading, carrier, tariff, insurance policy, and applicable law.

9. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for requesting available coverage or arranging their own insurance before cargo is accepted. Carrier liability is not a substitute for cargo insurance.

10. When fulfillment is complete

Fulfillment is complete when the contracted transport, handling, storage, documentation, pickup, or delivery service has been performed and cargo has been released or delivered as applicable. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
